Castle Valley Mill’s Emmer Farro Flour is made from a very high protein grain that dates back more than 10,000 years to the fertile crescent. It has a wonderful sweet flavor and chewy texture that make unique and engaging breads and pastas.
Castle Valley proudly produces non-GMO, Pennsylvania grown grains. Grains are triple cleaned in a single pass on authentic buhr stones to make a full flavored and nutritionally superior product. Because the germ and bran of the seed is included in the final product they are delicious and perishable.
