Castle Valley Mill Whole Spelt Flour

Spelt (an ancient soft wheat) is used like whole wheat for breads, baking and pasta. The moderate gluten and good protein content make it a great all-purpose flour.

Castle Valley proudly produces non-GMO, Pennsylvania grown grains.  Grains are triple cleaned in a single pass on authentic buhr stones to make a full flavored and nutritionally superior product. Because the germ and bran of the seed is included in the final product they are delicious and perishable.

Please note, all Castle Valley Mill products should be refrigerated or frozen. to maintain top quality. CVM products are milled to order please allow an additional 5-7 days for processing.
