These are the classic version of sweet olive oil Tortas that conquered the taste buds of so many folks. These handmade tortas are crunchy and delicious, the result of a recipe that’s been mastered for over 100 years. They’re handmade in Seville (southern Spain) and sprinkled with sugar. A tasty snack that is somewhere between sweet and savoury, with a hint of aniseed. The Tortas are made to exactly the same recipe that Inés Rosales revived in 1910.
