Agrover Agronature Instant Polenta

For centuries, polenta has been the basic food of popular tradition, in particular in the northern regions of Italy and in the Alpine areas. Today, Michelin-starred chefs offer it as a side dish for tasty meat and cheese. Thanks to its quick cooking time, it allows serving a tasty and nourishing dish in a few minutes.

PREPARATION:

Salt and bring 2 litres of water for 500 gr. of product to the boil. Slowly pour the flour and keep on stirring for approx. 3 minutes.
