Banyuls vinegar is rosy-hued and uncharacteristically smooth. Aged for five years in oak barrels, this is a truly rare, artisan product. The natural method of aging, without sulfites, provides a magnificent nose and bouquet with hints of hazelnuts and red fruit. Aged 5 years.
