This raspberry vinegar (Vinaigre a la Framboise) from France's famous nut oil producer Jean Leblanc is bright and fruity, great for summer dishes. Combine it with J. Leblanc Walnut Oil to make a Provencal vinaigrette. Then use the vinaigrette to marinate fish, as well as to toss with salads such as mâche or spring mix with toasted walnuts and blue cheese.
