Northern Albacore Tuna in Olive Oil 

The "Bonito del Norte" or "Thunnus Alalunga" is caught, one by one, in the waters of the Bay of Biscay during the summer coastal season using traditional fishing gear. Its intense sea flavor, its clear flesh and its properties have made it, without a doubt, the king of tunas.

The fish is prepared and packaged using artisanal techniques. The skill and experience acquired over five generations is part of our secret to achieving the exceptional appearance and flavor, of tasty and appetizing white meat.

To make this can of tuna, the "OL 120", we use the loins of the tuna, to which we add our specially selected Olive Oil. This oil, with its intense flavor, adds an exclusive aroma and flavor to Bonito, a delicious contrast between the flavor of the sea and that of the sun-dried land.
