Serrats Yellowfin Light Tuna

This light tuna, also called Yellowfin or Yellowfin (because of its peculiar yellow fins), is a migratory species that is caught mainly in tropical and equatorial waters and it is, perhaps, the most commonly used canned tuna. Its flesh is consistent and pinkish in color.

The fish is prepared and packaged using artisanal techniques. The skill and experience acquired over five generations is part of our secret to achieve the exceptional appearance and flavor.

To prepare this can of tuna, the loins of light tuna is used to which we add our specially selected olive oil . This oil, with its intense flavor, adds an exclusive aroma and flavor to our cans of tuna.
